Two Year Old Classes

Make their first School experience a great one!  The ELC offers 2 Two Year old classes - Noah's Ark and Little Lights.

Noah's Ark is for our youngest twos.  At this young age, children are transitioning from toddlers to preschoolers.  Play is an important part of that transition.  In Noah's Ark, your child will begin to learn school routines along with age-appropriate curriculum.  Our "Little Investigators" curriculum is aligned with Maryland State Standards.  Children will have fun while developing skills and learning.

Our older twos in Little Lights continue to develop their skills and start to gain a love of learning through play and inquiry.  Little Investigators fosters that natural curiosity by encouraging children to ask "Why?" then helps them develop the skills to answer that question.

Meet our Threes

As your preschooler grows, you will notice that they are constantly trying new things to perfect the skills they have acquired. Mastering these newly acquired skills is an important step in building a strong foundation.

Steeped in science and story, the Investigator Club "Just for Threes" curriculum encourages language, cognitive, physical, and social-emotional growth through inquiry-based experience - all while having fun.  Our Threes classes, Explorers and Voyagers, are designed to allow your child freedom to explore in a safe, nurturing environment.

A Peek at our Pre-K

For children  starting Kindergarten next year, Pre-K is the perfect time to get them used to a formal school setting while still having fun.  The Investigator Club curriculum helps children develop social-emotional, language, and academic skills that build a bridge from the preschool years to traditional Kindergarten.

Students in both the Shepherds and Samaritans classes will work on readiness skills designed to help them succeed, while still embracing their need for play.  Come check out how our dedicated Pre-K teachers seamlessly blend work and play throughout their day.
